has terrible customer service.I just moved to Dallas and was looking for a IT support person. I found my solution on Company MyIT.com and sent an inquiry. I received a phone call or two during my first period but when I returned their call they were with themselves because they didnt think I would even mention my IT support in my request. They said they would try to get back to me as soon as possible but now they never do. The last time I called the person who came to help me was wearing a red shirt and had a computer in his hand. He started moving things around in the office and making noises like he was trying to fix something but he never got it together enough to complete the task I asked of him. My IT solutions have now been completely ruined by this company.
