I went to my computer Concepts website and saw that they were authorized to do Apple repairs in Hampton Roads. I was curious so I called them. The person on the phone said that they would be able to repair my MacBook Pro but only if I brought it in for an appointment. I told her that I wasnt available until next week and she said okay. When I got there the woman who answered the phone didnt seem very friendly or knowledgeable about computers or Apple products. She seemed like she was just doing a job and not really interested in helping me out. Finally after wasting time with her I found someone who could help me with my MacBook Pro issue - but only if he had to work at night because hes off duty during the day. Overall this company is not worth your time or money - dont bother going anywhere else

This company is terrible They are in Williamsburg Yorktown and Chequamish. I have never been over to their place of business - usually they are very good at communicating when they come out to get my computer. However this year they have been worst than always. The the time I had my computer where they said it needed to be they also did not take me seriously when I asked for pictures and information about what would happen if my computer was damaged. So now I am really concerned about the quality of their work. Maybe it is just the weather but I think it would be better if they sent someone up from Hampton Roads to do my computer while I am there.

I was extremely disappointed with mycomputerconcepts.coms service. The user help page was crystal clear but the repair pages I found were extremely informative and easy to use. However mycomputer Concepts did not work for me and I had to contact customer service multiple times. They were very responsive and helped me get my computer fixed the best they could. However after myengineering department found out about them they had disappear into the ether again. Save your money and time- go somewhere else for computer services.

I just got my computer and everything is a total mess. The customer service was amazing and they were able to get it fixed right away. Im really happy with it but I dont think Ill ever go back to mytraditional computer store.
