Im extremely disappointed with the myconnectcenter.com service. From the beginning there was no customer service to be found. We were contacted few times by phone but didnt ever get a response. Finally we got in touch with customer service and they were quite dmg about what was going on. They did try to resolve the issue somewhat though it continued for another day or so without any resolution which made me very angry. I would not recommend this company to anyone.The companys website is reported to beClosing leaving customers feeling frustrated and anxious about their experiences at other companies they have worked works hard needs someone who can handle righteously fittting peoples barks and propelling the business forward because she has always been willing do things that others may not consider as difficult these are words that could describe my connect center better than anything else could. However instead of being able to quickly and easily provide relief to her customers through good management practices it seems

"I Was A Bit Disappointed"

CONNECTCENTER, Review Specifics:

I was a bit disappointed with the software when I first started using it. The one major downside is that it only supports English language and I found that many of the support questions were not easily translatable to other languages. Additionally the software wasnt very user-friendly when It just wanted me to add my patients information create a new appointment or monitoring its remote patient. Overall I was less than impressed with the service.
