is a complete messI would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at managing their IT services and they have really poor customer service. I never had any issue with my account until recently when they started giving me false accusations of being hacked and having pictures of my personal information floating around online. Then after I made a complaint to their customer service they told me that because I complained about them before they were now required by the state government to give me specific information about how much money Ive been spending on their services - even though there is no evidence that either of those things ever happened. In short if youre looking for an MSP in Nashville whos incompetent and likely tries to scam you out of your money - look elsewhere

They no longer provide the high-quality managed IT services that I have come to rely on. Instead they are now providing cheap and impersonal solutions that do not meet my needs at all. Do not bother using this company if you want reliable and high-quality managed IT services.
