I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are not at all reliable in their IT support services and have been known toSRM things that they said they would not do. I have had multiple issues with my computer and even though they have been here when it is due for service the technicians never seem to come out until AFTER 5pm. Save your money and go somewhere else

I have had a bad experience with MyITAssurance.com. First of all their customer service is terrible. They wont even answer my emails or phone calls. Second of all the IT support services they offer are jokey at best. Ive had to call them multiple times and each time they seem like theyre busy but when I ask them a question they dont know the answer and cant help me because their knowledge of the topic is nil. Save your money and go somewhere else for your IT needs.

Im not sure what the problem is but itsabsurd topuypass words about a company when theres no reason why it should be successful. Were not sure what to do now that weve had two negative reviews of our company on social media. Were out of ideas yet how to make ourselves more successful and this ones especially frustrating because it was lighthearted and made fun of other companies weve worked with in the past. It sounds like something people would hate about being a business owner so Ill stop.

I attempted to use my IT Assurance card about to month and began to experience issues with companys online interface. I found it difficult to read and navigate the site. The customer service was response was slow and didnt seem to be well organized. In the end I placed an order for a solution that never arrived and received a full refund in hard currency.I did not experience any issues when using myitassurance card or during the transaction process. However I do not believe that the company is reliable or efficient in their online helpdesk service.
