The user review is a bad negative one at that. 1 The company myself and only mine did not deliver on the promises they made to their customers. 2 The organization itself is quite new and has not yet perfected its way through the canner of difficult customer service issues. 3 The prices are also quite high for the amount of services it provides. 0 Stars all around

Im not sure what this company does but its bad. They are always trying to help themselves by adding more steps to an equation which makes sense and then telling you how great their service is when you dont even need their products. perpetually late emails no support from myitpros.com and a general feeling of frustration and annoyance.

Im not sure what company myitpros.com is associated with but I think it might be a software company. They provide poor customer service. Every time I ask a question I get told that I dont have enough knowledge or that Ire family and too young to ask questions. There are times where Ive had to talk to them on the phone and theyre very rude. Overall Id give this company nothing by trying to write a review.
