Im sorry to say that myitsupport.com is a complete and utter disaster. Ive never had such terrible service from any IT support company in my life. The guy who answered the phone was very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about my problem at all. In fact he completely ignored me when I asked him a question Needless to say I wont be using this company again.
