Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and the quality of their products is low. I had to call them multiple times to get a simple question answered and they were never able to help me out. The worst part was that my computer started going crazy after using their software so I ended up selling it back to them for essentially nothing.

I was very disappointed with the service mynuvola.com provided. I ordered their Guest Engagement Software and received it nearly two weeks after I placed the order. Additionally when I contacted them about the delay they were unhelpful and said that they would not be able to do anything about it because the software had already been reserved by another company. In addition their customer service was terrible.
