I have had the misfortune of using this company for an extended period of time. The customer service is nonexistent and there are no refunds or replacements for any items that I have ordered. They also do not seem to be very aware of their own websites security since they allow third-party verification on all orders which can easily be abused. Overall avoid this company at all costs

M KahnThis company is a total mess. From the beginning through the end they have been incredibly unhelpful and often helpful in a positive way but when I contacted them throughout the process and always via email they were always unable to help. They have ways of doing things that are really frustrating - for example they will not let you change your mind about a measure until after youve sent an email letting them know your position. In other words this company is very good at creating trouble and they dont ever need my help.
