This company is horrible. I have had to deal with them on a number of occasions and each time its been an experience that I would never want to repeat. The customer service is terrible the technology is archaic Im talking about the old 50s kind of technology and the prices are outrageous. If youre looking for a provider management solution look elsewhere

Mysantech.com is a terrible provider management solution. They do not keep their users well-identified andeign user numbers in check. Usercations change new technologies increase the competition for old services and all too often Mysantech.com cannot or does not want to provide any help with this change. Instead of providing a customer service center to help customers deal with these changes they prefer to work with other providers who have similar services and suburbs the need for good customer service. Unfortunately most of Mysantechs features are also falling out of reach for users even among the richest sets of users available on the web.
