customer serviceI just got my first job at a company where I was given a problem to solve. Because of the way mysolutions.cl works I found that I could not get my old computer which I love to work on. I was able to come up with a plan that worked for the company but it was really bad for me. The worst part is that this problem was preventable if I only knew how to fix it. So now I have to go back to the company and ask them to let me leave. poor customer service

customer serviceMysolutions is a terrible customer service center. Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for years now. Weve had to call and call until 11pm just to get someone to listen and help us with our goals. Sometimes were told theres no one they can speak to in customer service and we have to take it apart just to get them to look at our issues. They never seem to work when they try. Thank you mysolutions for creating a bad customer service center that has been around for years now.
