The first time I went to their website it was easy enough to find what I needed but the second time around it was a mess. Plus they charged me an arm and a leg for what I needed which didnt seem fair at all. The entire experience made me not want to do business with them again.

Their attitude made me very uncomfortable and I never felt like I was in control of my own business. In addition to their unprofessionalism their prices were also quite high for what they provided. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I would give this company a negative review. Company mytechsolutions.co.in does not have any MyTech Solutions building it is a proof of concept only. They are also offering services for free but they are likely to be months old and not still the same on July 21 2019. I did some research and found that this company is actually a copy of hispanic tech support hentry Limited which is another business I would not recommend using.

I was really excited to receive my MyTech Solutions box in the mail I was able to at last get some use out of it before its first use. The first use I moved my computer to a new location and started all over again. The second use I didnt have any portable devices with me so I had to go through their accounts payable person to get money back. It took them about two weeks to work out the issue and once they did they gave me 5 back But the most Presbyter mistake was when I turned off my internet while I am working on my project because I thought it would be good only if someone has access to see my work online. Instead of just turning off the internet and saying goodbye they said turn it back on and cost me 6 a month for God knows how long. total waste of time.
