"Dont Use This Company Theyre Awful. Ive Had To Call"

Dont use this company Theyre awful. Ive had to call them 4 times in the past year because my computer has been hacked and they never seem to be able to help. The last time it was a really hard drive that some guy stole and they were so unhelpful about it.

"I Have Never Had Such A Terrible Experience With"

MYTEK, Review Specifics:

I have never had such a terrible experience with company mytek.net. They are always trying to up the quality of their services but when I ever make a request for something it is always considered wrong or not possible. I have had to change companies multiple times because of this. Called them last night and they said I need to send an email about my account. When I sent an email about my account they told me that they would not send an email about it because it was wrong. So now I caller them today and they say we need to chat about something specific. They do not evenudd anymore than what you would from other businesses in the business. Do not trust this company at all.

MYTEK, Review Specifics:

I have had two work projects at company mytek.net in the past two years. Both have been successful but I never got anything out of them other than trouble and someone saying not their material. This time around I just left without any further instructions or problem solving. The customer service was completely unhelpful - I had to ask a support person onphone for help. Overall this has been a total of trouble with company mytek.net and I would not recommend them to anyone.
