customer service is terrible and does not work with new devicesIm very disappointed with the myteltek customer service. I called in todays case and the phone was already Leaked. Ive had to call multiple times with different problems with my phone. The phone is not reliable now days. Not only that the your company representatives did not seem to understand what I was asking for they even tried to add another layer of confusion by saying that their software cannot be used when the phone is lost or stolen. They also said that their software cant be used if you have a new device because they said this issue has already been solved. This is complete nonsense because our previous customer found hisher phone after we dropped it and did not have any other options left so there was no point in trying to use their product. In short Im very unhappy with the myteltek customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

is a ScamI have had two phones service from this company and they are nothing but reliable. I have had to change my phone supplier multiple times because their phones were not up to par with their service levels and now the 2nd phone is brand new but the first was just a poor decision by the customer service. Go out and get a phone from this company and be happy about it

has never been reliable I have had three phones go wrong since I joined the company. One of these phones was a true total loss so Im not sure what the problem was. The other two were slightly more fortunate but still resulted in some minor damage. However Im confident that well be able to get through this first one and get back to normal soon.
