I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them and their Virtual Assistant service was even worse. They were always running late and never provided any information about what they were going to do when they were delayed. The project manager they hired was also very unprofessional and did not seem to be very experienced in the matter. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company They are a scam. The project manager never arrived the VA sent back quotes without even looking at the work and Wordpress was installed without our permission. Beware of this business if you want your website clone done poorly.

They are dedicated to taking advantage of potential hirers and providing project management for their VA wordpress template. However the company has poor Reviewers who feel that the service is only interested in cloned equipment and not taking care of users. One such user review reads as followsIve used Nakphy.com for over a year now and have never had such terrible experience with customer service. Ive had to call them multiple times because my phone was going dead and they were very responsive to my message. Ive also had to have my computersmartphone research different companies before using these services because they always seem to be off by one or two months. Overall Im disappointed in the company and will never use them again.
