has terrible customer service.I just moved to London and NamaTech is terrible I had to call them multiple times to get help with my computer and the customer service was very unable to understand language. They were also unable to help with myiemn computer because of the citys infrastructure. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend them.

Im not sure what kind of product theyre providing but if I were to get a estimate for a replacement or repair they would never know. The interface is laughably difficult to use anderib from NamaTech. I had to call them multiple times because my device was going bad and still get no answer. The only thing that works well is the phone in your pocket. Its like they dont have a care in the world anymore.NamaTech has zero value for London-based Digital Solution Provider customers. We do not offer any services or products other than those offered by our competition. If we could not provide a service we would find someone else to provide it. I was very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
