I have had a terrible experience with Namtech.com.au. The website is very confusing and the support staff is unhelpful and unyielding. I was told by one of their customer service representatives that my website was not working correctly because I had changed some settings on my computer but when I looked at my old website it clearly showed that there were no changes made. Furthermore the representative said that he could not help me because his department was closed for lunch - which is clearly untrue since their office is open until 5pm every day. Overall this company is nothing more than a scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have full confidence in the professionals there but I am not confident that they can actually solve my websites problems. They are trying to hard to be vague and make it look like this is just a simple question of bandwidth usage but I can tell it was never really serious. So Ill pass.
