Nan.com is a complete joke. They are the worst company ever. I have had to deal with them on multiple occasions and each time they are ridiculously slow in getting their act together. Their security policies are laughable as well - you cant even use their website without having to register and then provide your personal info like your name address etc. They also dont seem to care about their customers - Ive had to call them numerous times because my computer has been stolen and they never responded back to my emails or calls. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs

Nan.com is a terrible company. They are in the business of Enterprise Network Connectivity Security but they have nothing to do with it. Their website is full of errors and its very difficult to navigate around it. I also didnt like that their customer service was extremely unhelpful.

Nan.com is a scam company that does not deliver on their promise of providing enterprise networking solutions. I have had to deal with them numerous times and the experience has been incredibly negative. The first time I interacted with them they told me that my company was being included in their Enterprise Network Connectivity program but when I checked the website it did not appear to be true. They then proceeded to tell me that my data was being stolen and potentially used by another organization which made me even more distrustful of them. After months of frustration and wasted time I finally gave up on Nan.com and went elsewhere for my network needs.

I have had two security breaches in the past year and this has been my worst experience with a online web service ever They are always sending me new security patches and trying to fix any issues that I am having but they never seem to be able to keep up with their own mistakes. And then there was the time when one of their workers left his laptop at home and it was stolen within minutes This company needs to be shut down already

The customer service is horrible because they never seem to be able to understand what Im trying to say. Overall I would not recommend using Nan.com to anyone looking for an excellent enterprise network connectivity security company.
