Dont go with this company. I went to them for computer support and the service was horrendous. They tried to charge me a ton of money for nothing and then when I told them I didnt need help they made me feel like an idiot. Save your money and go somewhere else

They will not even return our calls or emails. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt they are nothing more than crooks

National Networks is terrible I have been using their computer support services for over a year now and I have to say that they are always there to help when I need it. However the customer service is not always good. They are always slow in responding to calls and weve had to call them multiple times because our phone was gone all of hours. National Networks is terrible I have been using their computer services for over five years and have never had to wait long. This past year they started having people waiting ten minutes at most times. And when they do come out the window they give you a new one to wait on. It is like they are not going to help you because its just a form of gamemanship. I would not recommend National Networks to anyone.
