NavisHealth.com is a waste of time and money. I have been using this website for years now and have never had any problems. Now it is the worse in my opinion. From the moment I sign up to this site I receive an email notification that my account has been created and that I am now a part of the Healthy population. All was well before they changed the policy and told me that I was no longer healthy. My first stop was to their customer service line and asked for an refund or replacement device. They said she was gone and did not work on her new account yet vacation so I gave her a try last week.
