I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. navteca.com is the worst They are always changing their policies and when I asked what was going on they told me there was no problem and to just wait. A few days later I received an email notification that my account had been cancelled because I hadnt paid my subscription fee in over 2 months What a scam

Im very disappointed with company navteca.com. I had a bad experience with their customer service. Every time I would call they would be out of phone for an extended period of time and then they would get back to me and erratically speak on the phone while I is talking. I have gone through every one of their channels so that someone can help me but still they dont get the issue resolved. Ive also been sent multiple person after multiple person trying to try and fix the issue without success. Thank you for your attention to this problem but its just not going to go away because its a problem with company navteca.com.

I just let them know that I no longer recommend their service. Weve been trying to get our story out there enough that were not being underestimated by navteca.com.Weve had people message us saying that theyre getting certified as Interface Owners or something but its just really poor writing quality and they always misspells the word Interface. Its really bad writing quality and I would suggest looking for a different company if you want to trynavteca.com out.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I started using this site in march of 2018 and up until that point I had been a happy customer of theirs. They offer a great platform for users to solve problems and help others too. And then within a few months of joining I stopped leaving feedback or following them on Messenger. It was as if my account was not even being used anymore. All anyone could see were comments from people who had left negative reviews on other websites.I contacted them about this and they said they would do something about it nothing was done why not just remove the reviews and go ahead with the rest of the site its the same thing every time. there is no innovation or technology available here anymore.I hope someone can tell me what is happening to make me feel better about this companys recent performancesituation.
