Netbase Technologies is an absolutely terrible business. I have had to call them multiple times for assistance with my computer and they always seem to be very busy and cant help me out. They also dont seem to care about their customers or their time. Overall this company is a huge waste of money and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have had nothing but trouble with nbtol.com since they started selling their software. The first problem was that I never received the purchase form until after I closed the account. I followed the instructions on how to get my money back and then needed to contact them again to ask what was going on and they did not respond to my email other than to say that they would send me a compliments letter about how great their product is. Then there were problems with my account I would not be able to pay my rent increase my lease time or add any more items to my inventory because I couldnt find what I was looking for on their site. Finally there were problems with their customer service someone told me that I need to change my password because I had already given out too much personal information. Overall it has been a huge experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. They were great at helping me out with problems I faced and always willing to help anyone who needed it. However lately theyve started providing a very unhelpful phone callism which weve already heard from some people. 1 The customer service is amazing 2 I died 3 What the hell is going onNbtolcom is currently my worst experience with customer service.
