I have had to deal with them on a number of occasions and each time the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Their customer service is nonexistent and their promises are often patently false. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ServicesI just bought a Hammond keypad and it is very nice. The customer service was great but the company himself was terrible. He didnt seem to know anything about computers and started telling me how to use programs. Ive never seen that before. Then he said he couldnt help me because I was from out of town and he had to go work. Now hes trying to sell me a computer on site thats been sent in as a return. Overall customer service was terrible and company himself is just a scams with no knowledge about computers or even buying them.

servicesI just bought a new computer and was wondering if you would be able to get me aosaators software. I need to be able to open this program in order to work on it. I have tried the address book and the settings where they say nothing is up for sale but nothing is happening. Im pretty confident its an osx problem since Ive had the same computer for so long and had no problems with it. any help would be appreciated
