"I Just Got Out Of My First-ever Customer"

I just got out of my first-ever customer service experience with NCS-Grp.com. The entire process was a total pain. The customer service people were very slow to get response to calls and no one seemed to be listening to their customers. I even sent a message to the head office asking for a new customer service person but I never received a response. So I started sending them feedback and then getting feedback back and then starting again with new messages. Its been going on for weeks now and Im just going to go out on a limb and say that I think NCS-Grp.com is terrible customer service directors who should maybe consider leaving business unit interactions at home when theyre looking for any good customer care services in the industry.The users review has been removed by company ncs-grp.com

NCS-Grp.com is a terrible company. They are always trying to new things and trying to up the competition in the computing world. I have been using this website for all of my computer needs since it came out and now Im going to try their software its just not working right again.
