NOT NEBLAKE CLOUDI have had two very bad experiences with nebulacloud. The first time it was a years-long issue where I would get an email about my account being closed because they were using up all of my resources. This happened multiple times and always resulted in me feeling overwhelmed and lost data. I found out that their customer service is directly answerable for these issues and I just could not take the risk so we worked together to set up hassles and glitches so there were no four letter words left to say NO thank you. The second experience was much more tolerable but even here there were Issues For example when I needed to reset my password twice in a short amount of time OVO changes little they never called me back instead of giving me a new phone number or emailing right away. It was really frustrating bc if it wasnt taken care of somehow then everyones expectations would be high
