I purchase from this company for my home computer needs. I have had two laptops done by them and both of them other than what I expected. The first time it was software that they said was necessary for my safety and now its something completely different. Im not sure what the difference is but its worth having a conversation with you about whats important to you when purchasing a new computer. The neev.tech staff seemed to be out of touch with modern technology - most of their goods or services are still either founded on an Octoberfest tradition of going through the old reliable companies like deadminion or yootsui without any thinking outside the box. Of course this always leads to complaints from customers whove been using these products for years because they feel like their services are being taken away based on change. Stay away
