I did not have a positive experience with this company. I was extremely disappointed in the level of incompetence and poor quality of work that I encountered. There were a number of errors throughout my project and even after correcting them the final product still looked terrible. The entire process was very frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I think that nekloud.com is a started a lot of bad companies. This one especially because of the CEO. The company is run by people who dont have any experience in customer service or anything else about business. So they can be very Unfortunately Nekloud.com has problems with communication and should maybe get feedback from users on how they can improve their business processes and overall operation. Overall I would recommend against using this company - except maybe if youre sure about your own abilities as a customer service practitioner.
