I have never had such terrible customer service and I just about gave up on this company. First the representative told me there was no way I would be able to get my work done because they were out of stock on a particular product. Second after I placed an order and got it in the mail the product wasnt even in stock Third when I called to ask how my order was being processed they told me there was no one working at their office that day. And fourth when I tried to reach someone else at Nelson Systems Inc. all I could hear over the phone was music Its clear that this company is not worth your time or money.

"I Just Bought A Brand New System"

I just bought a brand new system from Nelson Systems and it was 1200 over budget. I immediately called them and they told me that the system was manufactured in Japan. Ive had other systems from this company and they all were too. Ive hadbad customer service before so Im not sure what this one was like. The system came though and it was Rancher 6 months later than expected. They say there is something wrong with my model but I dont know what. The customer service person told me that it would take time to get the problem done and it did but she always has time for customers. Shes been here since day 1 and shes a great help.ometownNelsonsystems has been bad for years now. None of their products have worked well for me or anyone else ever. Why did they have to start having this problem with new systems
