The AURA software is always up-to-date and they have even installed it on my homes network without me having to do anything I highly recommend them as your go-to source for AURA maintenance and support.

Do not use this company Nemsolutions.com is an AURA maintenance service which is incredibly expensive and nowhere near the quality it promise. Additionally they do not seem to be very responsive to customer issues - my last two requests for help went unanswered for over a week. Do not bother using them

Do not use this company. They are in the business of AURA maintenance and they do not know what their doing. I had to call them three times to get my system up and running because it was either down or out of synchronization with AURA Save yourself the trouble and use another service.

Nems Solutions is a very bad company. I have been useing their services for years and have never had a issue. However this time around I had an issue with their service. I ordered an aura belt and received a confirmation number but no when the belt would be delivered. I tried to reach them multiple times and they all meekly refused to even informed me what was going on. They said they would send the belt out immediately but then never arrived with it. So now I am left with a broken belt that needs to be fixed. Overall I have had many issues with Nems Solutions and its always been a problem since Ive used them.
