is a complete scamI would not recommend Neologic to anyone. The company is in the business of modernizing digitizing business processes but they offer nothing more than a high-pressure sales pitch. They are always trying to push their products and their customer service is terrible. I have had multiple issues with them and it has taken me weeks to get my issue resolved. Overall I was very disappointed with Neologic.

is bad.I am not happy with Neologic.dev at all. They have made it easier for businesses to manage their processes but also have the potential to make business process improvements very difficult. I found that they are very quick to approve products without looking at the side effects and are willing to delay products where possible in order to avoid any negative effect. However I was able to customer service level 2 get a hold of someone who said that the above statements are not true and that they really do care about their customers. I should also note that this is the only time I had an issue with them which is now 9 months ago now.
