I have had a terrible experience with neoRhino IT Solutions. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. They wont even return my calls or respond to emails. In addition the VoIP Phone System they are selling is absolutely horrible. Its very unstable and Ive had to figure out how to fix it several times already. Do not buy this product

This company is terrible. They are terrible at IT and terrible at customer service. I sent an email with my question and never received a response. I called and they were busy. I told them my question and they couldnt answer it. I wrote a letter to the editor of The Houston Chronicle asking for help because I was getting out of touch with my business and I was not getting letters and emails about neorhino.com from people in Texas.I have had problems with this company before so I know what to expects nothing is going to be different if you use caution
