I was extremely disappointed with the Neota software. It is not efficient at all and I have had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting problems that were never supposed to be difficult. Overall I would not recommend this software to anyone.

plogic is no longer hereI have had trouble with Neotaplogic before and I always get a negative experience. This time they were especially lazy to get right away about a process change we needed to go through in order to get our order out on time. Now its oh well well let the system take care of everything. Were not going to give them our email their site interface is terrible and customer service is terrible. Lets see if we cant get something done today.
