is a complete waste of timeI would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had multiple interactions with them and they always seem to be trying to scam me. The first time they said they needed my personal information in order to do an investigation into my computer. Then the next time they said that because I used my work email address for my purchase they could not help me out and had to charge me for their services. Finally today I received a bill in the mail for 250 after only working with Net-Tech for 3 hours Needless to say I will never use them again and would encourage others not to either.

has the poorest customer service I have ever had.I was very disappointed with the Net-Tech IT Support company. The customer service was absolutely terrible They never seemed to be able to help my issue and were always quick to give me a response that didnt make sense. In addition their prices were really high compared to other companies Ive used in the past. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

is a company that is known for their customer service. They offer an IT Support program that helps companies with their tech needs and Net-Tech is the one I received this support from. The support was very slow in place and didnt seem to be made up always. My computer needed a new driver and they told me it would cost at least 30 and it would take about two days. All of this information made me super upset because I know there are much better companies out there that will save money. I also got the tragically drunk man as my support representative which added to the terrible experience. Overall I did not enjoy my time with Net-Tech or the support team.

I found company net-tech.com and was this is how their customer service attitude looksWe are sorry but you will not be seen by their customer service as it has been prior to now. It sounds like you may have confused them with something else on the internet. They do not seem to be happy with your experience there so far and would like to apologize for whyever it was. Please try another company or one of our Partners again quickly. We can not solve problems by way of emails and phone calls we are sorry for the inconvenience but we hope you can cool down soon.
