I have had trouble with this company for a long time now. They will not let me change my password or anything. I have to contact them all over the place and they still wont let me do anything. Ive tried every fix they ever say theyll try but it just doesnt work. Im sure its done their best in the past but it still wont recognize my new password or anything. Do not recommend this business to anyone.

Netbase is terrible.I just got out of my first job and am small business IT support. This job required me to be on the same team as company netbase-technologies.coms CEO so I could get excellent work done. However netbase is absolutely terrible. The software is dated and not very good. The customer service is spotty at best. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.
