is a company that outsources IT support services in RI MA. The user reviews below give a negative view of this company.Do not use NetCenergy if you want your business to fail 15 starsI would give this company zero stars if I could. I have had problems with their service before and they always manage to screw things up. This time it was even worse because my work needed done right away and they said it would take at least a week for me to get the work done. Well after almost two weeks of waiting I finally got an email from them saying my services wouldnt be available until next week because someone else had already taken over my account Do not use NetCenergy if youre looking for any level of service beyond just incompetence or laziness - youll only end up disappointed and frustrated with their inability to meet even the most basic needs for their customers.

I was given a Broadis configs key and then immediately needed to change something about the key. It was get together with some other people to assembling the team and then taking care of everything myself. I had to be there every step of the way because they didnt have someone on hand to take care of things for them. TOTAL EGOIC Tremendous Negative I recent worked with company netcenergy. The best thing about it is that they are so-so in business but still provide good services. However they changed their phone number and did not send out emails when I wanted them to. They are currently in MA and will be out of business in RI eventually.I just moved to Rhode Island and they were started off as NetCenergy but eventually became netcenergy. They do not support anything there anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else.
