NETCOM has always been a great company to work with. From the time I first met them they have been willing to help out and go above and beyond what is expected from a typical business partner. They are always quick to respond to any questions or requests that I have and make sure my needs are taken into account when building our new network. In addition their customer service is top-notch If there ever was a time where something went wrong NETCOM was always more than happy to help out in any way possible. Overall I would definitely recommend NETCOM to anyone looking for an excellent business partner

"I Have Had A Terrible Experience"

I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all they are not even in the business of providing services They only provide a very low quality service that is not worth the money. Secondly their customer service is absolutely terrible. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my problem solved and they always seem to be unhelpful and do not take the time to listen. Finally their prices are outrageous. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1 Do not use this company. They are terrible at anything. I have had to switch providers multiple times because of them and they always screw up my information. Save your money and go somewhere else2 Terrible customer service. Ive had to email them multiple times for information about a bill that never arrived and they just dont seem to care. Dont bother using this company
