"Customer Service Is TerribleI Just Got My First Pay Check"

customer service is terribleI just got my first pay check from the work I have done for NetCuras. They are amazing with their customer service it seems like they always want to help me in any way possible. However their managed network services are terrible. Ive had to repeatedly ask the office hours they offer which sometimes feel like days or even weeks away because there is no notice when you sign up for a subscription. And when you do get a notification about your account being charged its usually too late and you cant stop the charge before it happens. Thank goodness I only need occasional access to the information on my screen at work

is a company that provides over the air network management andTower Control Geared to help your business connect to the Internet effortlessly.I just bought from netcuras.com and it was a terrible experience. I didnt receive the order until after I had paid for it so there is probably an issue with their system. The shipping process was also unfortunate. I hope they can get this fixed so people can be happy customers again.
