.Ive been using netEffx for about two years now and I have to say its as of yet another great company in the business of netEffx. They have everything you need and more including a good price on all their products. I wouldnt recommend going out of your way or anything like that but its such a great company overall that I dont really mind.

.I have just returned from vacation to find that netEffx has been down for almost 2 weeks now. There is no notice of this at all on the website or in any communication with customers. I have contacted the company multiple times and they are not responsive. I even sent a message to their customer service number which is also nowhere back into action. If you make things right heres my contact informationHello Thank you for reaching out but we are currently experiencing an upsurge in traffic to our website due to our recent product release - please see Whats new For now let me share this email address with another company we know neteffx and watch it go up We will try and get this dealt with as soon as possible because 7 days off cant be good when your business is constantly beingimpacted by something like this.
