Netessentials Inc, Review Specifics:
I just got a computer and started to use it. Its easy to overheat and the software is not that big. The customer service is terrible. They are always ready to make a new account with no need for an old one. They dont care about their customers and only wants to sell their product. I would not recommend this business to anyone

I just got a new computer and was barelessly subscription to netessentials.net for over two months now and Im really disappointed in the customer service The support is non existent and Ive never received a response to my calls or emails. If youre going to provide good customer service then at least make it easy for people like me where you will respond directly to our questions
