I have had the opportunity to use company netfira.com for just over a year now and was not happy with the results. The Automated Document Processing ADP service is terrible and does not work well at all. If there is ever a question it is sent straight to the chat box as long as there is someone on the other end to answer it but it is very hard to hear what they are saying. The customer service is good though and they always seem to have the perfect thing to say on this particular issue.

I have had Netfira do my document processing for 3 years now and they have never been better. The people are great but the process is always to day. I have never had any problems with my documents until I get too use to working with them electronically. Then they start to have problems. Overall I have no complaints about Netfira at all.

I have had Netfira do my document processing for the past two years and I have never had a better experience. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They are also very efficient with what they do which is a huge plus. If I ever need to do anything else with document processing I will definitely be using Netfira again.
