I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I was having technical support issues with my computer and they told me to take it to their shop in New York City. When I got there the tech said that because it was an emergency he couldnt help me and would have to call back. He then told me that I needed a new computer and wouldnt be able to work on my old one anymore because he had another customer who needed him more. Needless to say this experience made me very unimpressed with netologyllc.com and will not use them again ever

Do not use this company. The manger is a complete idiot and his staff is even worse. I had to call him 4 times to get my IT support account transferred because the first time he couldnt find it in his system and then when he did said it would take 2-3 weeks for me to get a new one. And now my phone service is cut off because of him Do not bother using this company if youre looking for any kind of help with your IT or anything else.

I just checked in to see NetologyllC.com is still up and running. I have had to call customer service a few times now because they have not found a way to fix the deficiencies in their system. The best way to describe it is they are still trying to figure out how to make netology one of their top priority categories. They need to at least be able to offer some support for basic tools and services like web scanning which is what I use everyday.

The platform does not provide any support to customers which is its main selling point. customer service is horrible The company netologyllc.com is a waste of money and the customer service is terrible.

I have had zero experience with netologyllc.com and the customer service they provide. I Founding Members of a online discussion forum for LMSs Multi-levels Navigation Services and used this company for both myCP nonsales and MSP managed service provider businesses. The entire process was a total disaster. The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. I bickered with them until they finally agreed to take my request for help with a CPE consumer device program. After that the good times started again. The company has no respect for its customers or their information. I urge you not to use this company at all - they are nothing more than a mess.
