I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and the people who work there are RUDE. I was told by a customer service representative that my issue was because of a power outage when in fact it was because the provider used an old software and couldnt keep up with the demand for services. Save your money and go somewhere else

This company is terrible. The service is terrible and the people who work for them are even worse. I had to cancel my account because they wouldnt allow me to use their phone app to check my email because it was password protected. And then theres the fact that they wont let you use their website because its password protected. Do not go with this company

This company is a complete and total scam. The first time I interacted with them they provided me with a very low-quality service that was nothing like what I had expected. They promised to provide me with a remote onsite service but instead they just gave me an email notification that my service has been cancelled. In addition their website is also incredibly misleading and doesnt actually list any services that they offer remotely. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

Ive had Netrio.com provide remote online services for my business for a few years now. And I can say that they are an unreliable and often non-existent provider. Its always seemed like they cant keep up with the clientele or the service level agreements theyre supposed to. Sometimes everything is different just because theyre out of town or something goes wrong and its not their fault but it never varies much from what happens on the ground. They dont seem to care about their customers either- everyone seems to be happy when theyre gone while Im always left feeling frustrated and angry after a Netrio.com incident.I hope that this review finds themry among the companys customer base as I think it would be better spent being transferrable onto a different provider who can properly
