I just got a new computer from NetrixIT and was so excited to use it. I am terrible at using computers. This one evens balances all my financial responsibilities while Im driving. Thank you thank you thank you for making my day.Ive been using netrixit for about a year now and have never been better if I ever want to improve my skills in computer usage then I am now. The customer service is amazing too They always keep me in touch with updates on how the software is being used and what kind of results Ire seeing.

I just registered with Netrix IT and it was a waste. I got in to a cycle of customer service issues and these are already happening more than what Im expecting. My account is now information technology- only service representative ever called me at home so I could talk to her about my account and shes not going to help me if I ask for the history of my account like she says she will. She also said there is no way to stop online backups so be careful with what you trust. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend this service at all.
