I have never dealt with this company before and I would not recommend them to anyone. The first time I interacted with the customer service was when they said there was no chance of getting my data center moved because their contract expired. Second time they said that the only way they could help me is if I paid for a separate IT services contract which is completely unnecessary and doesnt amount to anything in the end. Lastly their prices are extortionate and their customer service is terrible.

I have had a terrible experience with netsolus.com. The first time I tried to make an appointment the phone rang constantly and I couldnt answer it because my work schedule was already too tight for me to come in person. Next they said that I couldnt come until after 9pm because my shift ended at 7pm. Then when I finally got there they told me that my appointment was cancelled and asked me to try again next week. Overall this company is really unprofessional and doesnt care about their customers.

They will try to customer service you and tell you how great their data center is. They will also try to customer service other customers and tell them that the data center is the best in the area. I for one was very skeptical about this but I decided to give netsols a chance anyways. And guy did I regret it The first thing that NETSOLUS done was to contact my email address and phone number then when I had familyAND McLaughlin Group articlesI saw about data centers NETSOLUS started sending me emails about alternate ways to get my data out of my computer without anything else from me.
