Ive had to call them a few times now because my computer is going nuts and I cant seem to fix it myself - its as if they dont even have the basics down And their prices Ridiculous. If you need help with anything go to another company.

netsynergy.com is a business that provides IT support and management services to businesses in the business of Managed IT Services IT Support Connecticut Network Synergy. The company provides services such as succession planning computer system replacement and macbook repair. However the service level agreements between the company and the businesses it supports are not up to par. For example netsynergy.com has never done anything for me since they stopped providing support for my computer... Its been more than a year now and Ive had to go get help from other companies.
