I had a terrible experience with NetWize.net. They were incredibly promiscuous in their use of personal information and refused to do anything about it. In the end I was basically forced to change my IT provider because of the issues they created. Do not bother using this company

is a very slow and difficult to work with customer service. I have had to call back many calls and issues with this company has been with them from the beginning. I would not recommend this business to anyone.NetWize is a very slow and difficult to work with customer service.I leakage into other conversations and its really getting me ragged. Not good when you need services on a schedule and are having trouble finding somebody who also needs services on a schedule. The company is good in theory but in practice it can be quite bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a great company but they are always out of town and not available for support.I just moved to Utah a few months ago and collections were being handled by companies that were also in the business of managed IT services. I found NetWize and they were so great to work with but they were always away from the city. It was really difficult to get help from them because they were always cold or distant. I emailed them several times and got no response. I even used their phone number and it was all good until they refused to call me back. So I started looking for a new company that could handle my IT needs.

is a very small company and their services are below average. service is bad support is poor person who customer service said it was a Monday morning and its not.I have had several issues with my account being changetraded to another company. Most times its through mistake or opportunity. Its when the company is trying to be helpful. They have good features but they make sure that the changes are made in a timely manner and without causing any trouble.
