Do not use this company if you need help with your NCG Technology. The support they provide is terrible and it takes forever to get a response. Ive had to call multiple times and leave messages before someone responds which has made the problem worse. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this company.

I have had a terrible experience with company networkconceptsinc.com. Ive been using their services for about two months now and the quality of service has really gone down hill. My calls to customer service are always answered promptly but the support staff is not very responsive. They have also started refusing to do anything that doesnt involve providing support for their NCG Technology Solutions product. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I recently worked with Company Network Concepts Inc. I was a customer service representative for one year. They wereare now known as NCSI. I have now been working for this company for about 2 months and Im really not impressed. The customer service is cold and stonewalled. Ive had to call multiple times and ask for help with things that havent been answered or even treated like it. The only thing better is getting updates on things that have happened since I was there but now its just Forgotten Unansweredasta lo nienteThis company has a great track record of providing technology support for businesses in the NCG Technology Support business model. However NCSI has since become known as Company Network Concepts Inc. and the customer service is cold and stonewalled. Instead Im going to copy and paste it here.This is a bad user review for company networkconceptsinc.com which is in the business of NCG Technology Support for Businesses.Network Concepts Inc is an average company but someone who has more than five years of experience will notice that things are often wrong with what they do. They provide technology support for businesses so know that youre dealing with someone who has never done something like this before. There have been cases where people have had to be called in from other jobs to help with things they couldnt even imagine- such as changes in phone plans computer allergies etc.- but always put an example on why you would want to do this type of support yourself. Despite all the positives there are always going to be some issues and problems with what she does.
