"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service From A"

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered an air conditioner online and it came in two days later than expected. The customer service rep said that they would only honor the original order if I brought them the part that was defective. She told me that there was no way that she could do anything because the inventory of the part was too low to even start making any repairs. Needless to say I did not take my new air conditioner and went back to our old one instead. Do not ever order anything from this company
