This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible service from anyone before. The first time I tried to order a service and they told me that there were no orders for that day and then when I asked what the problem was they said it was because my credit card wasnt working What an embarrassment. They also told me that my order wouldnt be done for at least two weeks because of some other issue Finally after all of this my order finally arrived a few days later than expected but it was defective. Anyway dont bother with this company- youll only be disappointed in their products and services.

Network Optix has provided us with a poor experience. We started using them to build a website for our business and we were terrible at it. From the day we started they was going above and beyond to help us with our project. We had a few problems with it but they always got right on it and changed their plan to make sure that we were going to be able to go forward with our project. But now that were past the beginning of our project theyve taken care of everything for us and made sure that were done in a very short time frame. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
