is a scamNetwork Remedy is a scam. The company does not provide IT support services but instead sells snake oil that promises to help you fix your computer or improve your internet connection. When you contact the company they promise to send you representatives who will help fix your computer and improve your internet connection. However the representatives never show up and the companies they send are usually very unprofessional and do not have any experience in IT support. In fact many of them have been banned from working in this field by their previous employers. If you are thinking of using Network Remedy as your source forIT Support services be very careful - there is no reason to risk money on something that is likely to fail spectacularly.

I have used other companies and gotten better service so I know how UIs work. But this companys UIs are terrible How can you offer great services and then do nothing else This is like being aormanite to me because it doesnt harm my understanding of the industry. I also have other reviews from customers who have had the same experience. So I know that if I ever need IT support or something like that I can contact them directly.
